For clients who undertake reviews or multiple facilities
  • 3 to 4 centres/facilities  (5% discount of total amount)
  • 5+ centres/facilities  (10% discount of total amount)

  • Pre-printing of questionnaires and introductory letters including postage to your centre prior to survey commencement
  • Data collection coordinated and conducted by CERM PI® trained staff
  • Training module for on-site data collection
