Botanic gardens
The Gardens are the most visited cultural tourist attraction in
Adelaide, with over one million visitors annually, yet until recently
has had limited quality information about its visitor profile and their
perceptions of service quality.
CERM PI researchers undertake annual surveying of Botanic Gardens within Australia and New Zealand, to provide baseline profiles of adult and children visitors (8 to 12 years), their perceptions of service quality and the role and purpose these institutions serve within their communities.
Botanic gardens who have recently undertaken this survey are:
- Adelaide Botanic Garden, South Australia
- Dunedin Botanic Garden, New Zealand
- Wollongong Botanic Garden, New South Wales
