The Centre for Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation
The
Centre for Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation (CERAR) is the only
research Centre of this kind in the Australasian region focussing
specifically on both 'Environmental Risk Assessment' and 'Remediation'. The Centre has recently been established to provide innovative solutions and technologies for environmental contamination problems. Globally, environmental management of land and groundwater contamination is estimated to cost in excess of $750 billion.
