Education Services for Overseas Students Act
The provision of education to international students in Australia is
regulated by the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST)
through the
Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) legislative framework.
DEST has made available a brief overview of the ESOS Framework, including
the rights and responsibilities of international students.
