Do I have to fill out a Commonwealth Assistance Form (CAF) if I am paying upfront?

All Commonwealth supported students are required to complete a Commonwealth Assistance Form (CAF) before the census date of the first course that they are studying that year, regardless of whether you are paying up front or not.
