How do I get a student ID card?

Return to: Campus Central FAQ Home > Id cards

Internal students

Once you have fully enrolled into your first year of study, after a 30 minute delay, you can come to any Campus Central office and have your card issued. We take the photo and the card is produced in around one minute.

Use of student ID cards are covered by the University's terms and conditions.

External students

As an external student, it is not a requirement for you to have a student ID card because you may not need to come onto campus. However, as an external student you may require a student ID card for one of the following reasons:

All full-time external students will be sent an information pack to their mailing address for creating or updating their ID card. If you have not received this information (ie if you are part-time), and would like a card, please contact  IDcards@unisa.edu.au and we can arrange for one to be mailed out to you. Alternatively, you can attend any Campus Central office (map) and have the card issued on the spot.

Use of student ID cards are covered by the University's terms and conditions.
