What important dates do I need to know?

All important dates can be found on the Academic Calendar, below is an explanation of the most relevant dates.

Census Date |
Last day to amend enrolment before it is finalised. Any enrolment after this date will incur non refundable fees and dropping the course will result in a grade against the course, see below. If you are eligible, your fees will be deferred to your HECS-HELP loan after this date. |
Final date for Withdraw

Dropping a course between the census date and this date will result in a 'Withdraw' grade (W) being assigned to the course. You will still have to pay for the course (no refund) and it will appear on your academic transcript. This grade will not affect your Grade Point Average. |

Dropping a course between the 'Withdraw without fail' date that the 'Withdraw Fail' date will result in a 'Withdraw Fail' grade (WF) being assigned to the course. You will still have to pay for the course (no refund) and it will appear on your academic transcript. Your Grade Point Average will be affected in the same was as gaining a 'Fail 1' (F1) grade for the course. |
