What does 'time clash' mean?
Return to: Campus Central FAQ Home > Enrolment
If you believe that you are able to attend two classes that are timetabled to occur at the same time, or if you have spoken to your course coordinator and arranged an alternative, you will need to apply for an override so that you can enrol in both. Enrol in one of the classes and then complete the online override form below for the class that is timetabled at the same time.
The form will be submitted to your home Campus Central office, and you will receive a confirmation to your email account when your request has been processed. Note that you do not need to gain authorisation from a staff member to lodge a time conflict override request but it is your responsibility to make sure that you meet the attendance and participation requirements for each course. Before you access the online form, make sure you have the details of the override class and all related classes (if applicable). You also need to make sure that there is available room in the course before you lodge the request. If any of the classes detailed on your override form are full, your request will not be processed.
Access the online override form for time conflict and submit your requestIf you believe that there is a timetabling error and that the courses should not be clashing, please notify Campus Central. You also have the option to lodge a manual override form by visiting a Campus Central office.
