I have lost access to the UniSA network and IT services, am I eligible for an access extension?

An application for extension to UniSA network and IT services will only be approved under exceptional circumstances of an academic nature, such as an extension for the completion of an assessment. If you believe you have grounds for an application, please discuss with your Course Coordinator or Program Director, and complete the Extension to Network, Email and Library Access form as required.
The application form must be authorised by your Program Director, Course Coordinator, Lecturer or Tutor, and the reason for the extension must be purely academic. An extension will not be granted for personal reasons, including the use of print or internet quota.
