Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Accountability (APCEA)
APCEA was established in 1996 to promote research into environmental accountability, broadly defined to include environmental, social and economic aspects of corporate activity. APCEAs aims are set out in its Charter. Professor Roger Burritt acts as the International Coordinator of APCEA. APCEA operates as a network of independent branches. Branches are located in a number of countries including: Argentina, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand.
APCEA publishes the Journal of the Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Accountability (APCEA Journal). The Journal has been produced quarterly since 1996. An archive of past issues of the APCA Journal is available to members.
A number of international academics have recently been added to the Editorial Board of the APCEA Journal. Each article published in the Journal has been independently reviewed by two members of the Editorial Board. An information sheet for authors details style and submission requirements.
The APCEA journal is proudly sponsored by the South Australian Division of CPA Australia. CPA Australia has been a long term supporter of the Journal since it was first published.
