Who are the Business Mates?
The Business Mates are students who are already currently studying at UniSA,
and know what it is like being a new student at university.
How can the Business Mates assist new students?
The Business Mates work in pairs and are allocated new students which
they then contact via email. Your Business Mates will regularly contact
you throughout the study period to see how everything is going with starting
university and if you have any questions.
Social Events
Throughout the study period, the Business Mates arrange social events
and invite all new students to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet
your Business Mates and interact with other new students. There have been
weekly lunches (Pizza Days) held for new students on the City West campus, which
have been a great opportunity for new students to meet other new students, have
a chat to their Business Mates and enjoy free food!
