EQUIS Accredited
- Division of Business was the second Australian business school to be accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)
- Accreditation is awarded after a rigorous assessment by a panel of international academics and business people.
- There are 133 EQUIS accredited business schools across 38 countries in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
Australian Award
Excellence for Research in Australia (ERA)
- ERA is the Federal Government's 'Excellence for Research in Australia' assessment, released in January 2011
- The ERA initiative assesses research quality within Australia's higher education institutions using a combination of indicators and expert review by committees comprising experienced, internationally-recognised experts
- The Division of Business is awarded a world class ranking for leading research in the areas of Law; Law and Legal Studies; Accounting, Auditing and Accountability; Business and Management; and Tourism

SA Tourism Award
- School of Management Wins SA Tourism Award - 2008, 2009 and 2010
- The School was inducted into the Tourism Hall of Fame for being awarded the SA Tourism Award for Tourism Education & Training for the third consecutive year.
Best Event Education Program
- The School of Management won the Best Event Education Program in the Australian Event Awards, the peak awards program for the events industry in Australia.

The second annual Division of Business awards night was held on
Friday 6th May, with award categories for Research, Teaching & Learning, Internationalisation, External/Community Engagement, and for Professional Staff. - View the honour-board of our award recipients, and photographs of the highly successful event.

Catherine House Art Exhibition (ChART)
- The Catherine House Art Exhibition (ChART) opened on the 14th October in the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery.
- The launch event was sponsored by UniSA's Division of Business, the Hawke Centre, and the Marketing and Development Unit (MDU), and was opened by Christie Anthony, Creative Director, Adelaide College of the Arts. Catherine House is an organisation that supports homeless women.
Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) Awards
- Award for Teaching Excellence - Law, Economics, Business and Related Studies
- In 2009 and 2010, Division of Business staff were singled out for recognition of their achievements in Teaching & Learning.
- Awards for Teaching Excellence celebrate teachers (individuals and teams) renowned for teaching excellence, who have outstanding presentation skills and who have made a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of learning and teaching in higher education.
Business-Higher Education Roundtable Award for Community Engagement
- B-HERT Awards were established in 1998 to recognise outstanding achievements in collaboration between business and higher education in the fields of research & development and education & training.
- The objective of the program is to highlight at a national level the benefits of such collaboration and enhance links between industry and universities.
Australia China Alumni Awards
- Division of Business alumni were recognised in 2009, most notably in the inaugural Australia China Alumni Awards.
- UniSA was the only Australian university with two winners, including the top award of CPA Australia Alumni of the Year, awarded to Hui Wing Mau, Chairman and Executive Director of Shimao Property Holdings Ltd.
- Qiao Luqiang, Deputy Director of the General Office at China's National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, won the Arts and Culture Award.
