Change Management Process
The objective of the change management process is to ensure that changes to the Division of Business websites are in accordance and compliance with the following:
- UniSA corporate web development guidelines
- UniSA accessibility guidelines
- UniSA branding and style guide
- marketing objectives of the Division
Change Management is an industry standard process that adheres to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practice. ITIL practises are implemented at UniSA by Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) and the devolved IT support units.
This process applies to major design changes to their homepage and structure changes, not regular content changes.
Web Authors for the Division are required to complete an online form once they've created their major design changes to their home page or website structure in the new dev environment, the lead web author will then approve the changes and notify you of approval for publishing in the live environment.
