Policy 5: Division IT staff will not be expected to liaise directly with undergraduate students with computing related problems
Undergraduate students are not to be given Division IT staffs office and/or mobile phone numbers. Students must direct all queries to their lecturer or tutor who will evaluate the situation and contact the Division IT Support if assistance is required.
