Additional network points
To obtain additional network points you must contact the IT Helpdesk on ext 25000 or email to helpdesk@unisa.edu.au . You will need to provide ISTS the following information:
- Room/Building Number
- Telephone contact number
- Cost Centre
- Campus
An ISTS staff member will provide you with a quotation and timeframe for the work to be carried out
