Getting help

Please note: BUE-IT only provide support for university equipment.  Desktops, laptops and printers that have been blue plated are supported, red plates have limited support, whereas personal desktops and laptops or MAC computers are not supported by BUE-IT.

All service calls for IT assistance should be logged via the IT Help Desk

Staff handbook

A useful source of information for new staff members for the purpose of outlining procedures such as; installing a printer, configuring your outlook email folders, data storage guidelines and how to ask for IT assistance.

IT Liaison staff

Each of the areas has a staff member who liaises with BUE-IT Support to provide support specific to your area. These staff may be able to assist you with your enquiry.
