Getting help
Please note: BUE-IT only provide support for university equipment. Desktops, laptops and printers that have been blue plated are supported, red plates have limited support, whereas personal desktops and laptops or MAC computers are not supported by BUE-IT.

Self learning
- The IT Help Desk has a new facility called Ask IT that allows you to search for you own answers to IT questions
- Support for UniSA staff in the form of online instruction for software applications used within UniSA Software help and training
IT Liaison staff
Each of the areas has a staff member who liaises with BUE-IT Support to provide support specific to your area. These staff may be able to assist you with your enquiry.
