About BUE-IT Support
BUE-IT Support is part of the Division Office administrative team. Our mission is to assist the Division with improving the teaching, learning and research environment for staff and students by providing quality IT support services.
Support Provided
- Desktop support
- Server and systems administration
- Specialist computer pool support
- Advice and consultancy
- Representation of the Division of Business and all other supported area's IT needs at a University wide level
- Liaison with other IT areas in the University and with relevant external groups
- Lead Web Authoring to provide advice and guidance for web authoring positions
# Please note: University wide services such as the Exchange Messaging environment (email) and the networking infrastructure are the responsibility of the Information Strategy and Technology Services group.
The team consists of:
- The IT Manager
- 1 Senior Information Technologist
- 1 Team Leader/Information Technologist
- 8 Information Technologists/desktop and server support
- 1 Information Technologist/Lead Web Author
- Other contract staff as required
