The Business Information Management course will bring together a whole
range of people with a
whole range of skills that can learn from each other, and from the
courses that have been especially devised for this Graduate Certificate.
The emphasis is actually on the management part of the equation.
We do a lot with record, we do a lot with information and we do a lot
with knowledge but it is the way we manage it, promote it, and the way
we can best utilise existing resources and attract new resources into
these areas.
We are looking for people who graduate with a very clear understanding
and knowledge of the ways in which their skills can be worked in the work
environment. We are particularly keen to see people with a very
active and strategic approach to records management, knowledge
management and librarianship.
