Entry requirements:
To apply for entry to the Graduate Certificate in Business Information
Management applicants would normally hold a three-year degree, or an equivalent qualification, or
five years of relevant professional experience. If you are an international
student and are only eligible for the Graduate Certificate this program
can be undertaken in your home country.
To apply for entry to the Graduate Diploma you
need to have a recognised three year university Bachelor degree or equivalent
qualification and as this program is only for one year you will only be able
to commence at this level if you study it from your home country either on a
part-time basis or full-time basis.
The Masters program requires you to have a recognised three year
university Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification. This program can be
completed either in your home country part-time or full-time, or by studying in Australia
on a full-time program for 1.5 years.

Language requirements:
International students who speak English as a
foreign language must have obtained one of the following standards within
the last two years prior to admission: International English Language
Testing System (IELTS): test - band 6.5, or TOEFL 575; or previous
successful secondary or tertiary study where English was the language of
instruction.

Depending on student background, the Masters programs must be
completed in three study periods over 1.5 academic years. This requires
students to complete 18 units of courses per study period over three study
periods.

How to study in your home country
Students are able to undertake these degrees from their home country fully
online. Sometimes applying to study in another country is not always
possible due to employment restrictions or financial and family issues.
These programs offered by UniSA now allow you to fulfil your dreams of
postgraduate qualifications without leaving home!
If you do not have a university degree but have five years or more
experience in a particular field you can apply to undertake the Graduate Certificate in Business
Information Management.
If you have a three year degree and is recognised by the University of South
Australia, you also have the opportunity to undertake the
Graduate Diploma programs in either
Business Information Management or Library
and Information Management in your home country fully online either
part-time or full-time.
If you have a three year degree and is recognised by the University of South
Australia, you have the opportunity to undertake the Master programs in either
Business Information Management or Library
and Information Management in your home country fully online either
part-time or full-time, or apply to study in Adelaide, Australia as a
full-time student.

Applicants - and follow the prompts. International students
please see the note below relating to your certified qualifications because
if your documents are not forwarded to the International Office when you
make your application it will not be considered.

country then you can apply through the

section. If you do apply, and intend on doing it from another country, please
ensure that you check the box to study external.
