If you are interested in a career in Civil Aviation please contact Terry Keen, Program Director for the Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Aviation) undergraduate degree program. 

If you choose to undertake the optional flight training with this programme, Stephen Phillips will answer any questions you have regarding the degree program, and can refer you to the Chief Flying Instructor at the UniSA Aviation Academy who will chat with you regarding your suitability for flight training, costs, expenses and any other additional requirements that there may be for flight training.


How to apply

Note for all International applicants
International applicants are advised to check with their local Civil Aviation Authority to ensure that the standards applied by the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority for civil aviation flight training and licensing to fly within Australia, are recognised by the local Civil Aviation Authority as being equivalent to local licensing requirements.


Medical Examination

Trainees are advised that Australian Government legislation requires the passing of a medical examination conducted by a medical practitioner approved by the Civil Aviation Authority as a pre-requisite to flying training.  Civil Aviation Safety Authority recognised doctors in your area (and state)


Dress Requirements

Students are expected to wear the Academy's standard uniform at all times while attending the University, in particular whenever they are rostered for duty.
