Commercial Pilot Program (non-award)

view inside of the new simulator at the School of Electrical and Information EngineeringThe UniSA Aviation Academy offers a professional flying training program for future airline pilots.  This program was developed to international standards and is the culmination of consultation with domestic and international airlines.

The Commercial Pilot Program is conducted over a period of 54 weeks in two modules.

The ground training component of the program is a directed learning computer based instruction to Commercial Licence and Instrument Rating levels and includes Basic Gas Turbines.  Simulated flight training is conducted in a state-of-the-art multi-visual channel synthetic aircraft flight training device (SFTD).
