UniSA offers a very practical-based architectural program and its graduates have great employment results.
During the degree, I undertook work experience with an architectural practice, which taught me a lot. Study may equip you with the technical and design knowledge but practical experience is invaluable - allowing you to apply and test your knowledge in a real-life environment.
The architecture program is quite intensive and the requirements for design as well as research skills will definitely prepare me for the workplace. Studios are set up to provide similar environments to what you would fi nd in an architectural practice. Additionally, working on team-based projects has provided me with organisational and leadership skills which would be highly valued in any profession.
