Cross-institutional students
You can become a cross-institutional student if you are enrolled in a program at one educational institution (the home institution) and are permitted by that institution to enrol in courses at another recognised educational institution (the host institution) to be counted towards an award of the home institution. For details on the process for becoming a cross-institutional student at another institution, if you are currently a student of the South Australian School of Art, refer to Cross Institutional Enrolment (Word document).
You will require either:
- Cross-Institutional Admission Application - current UniSA students
(for UniSA students applying to study at another institution)
OR - Cross-Institutional Admission Application - non-UniSA students (for students from another institution applying to study at UniSA)
available on the Student and Academic Services Forms for students page.
Exchange students
Go to International
Student Exchange Program for details on eligibility and how to apply
for an international exchange, as a UniSA student.
Single course enrolment
Single course enrolment refers to either
- Non-Award: enrolment in a course, where completion of the course
does not count toward a program. Apply for enrolment using the
Application for Admission (Non Award) form on the Student and Academic Services
Forms for
students page
(fees apply)
OR - Audit: attendance at a course where no work is assessed and no future credit can be claimed. Apply for enrolment using the Application for Admission - Audit Students form on the Student and Academic Services Forms for students page (fees apply)
Note: Single course enrolment does not include cross-institutional enrolment where the course is to count towards the academic award of another institution. Nor does it include enrolment by a currently enrolled award student into courses which are additional to the academic program.
