Coursework programs

Charmain HearderThe South Australian School of Art (SASA) offers postgraduate coursework programs across all SASA studio specialisations. Four specialisations - Glass, Ceramics, Jewellery and Metal, and Furniture Design - complement and add value to the JamFactory Career Development Scheme by offering courses that will enable candidates to develop professional skills across a range of areas.

The SASA postgraduate coursework programs are vocationally focused and aimed at emerging visual art and design professionals seeking advanced training under the mentorship of experienced industry practitioners. Students undertake intensive studio training, working on projects under the guidance of professional industry mentors, culminating in the production of major exhibition projects in the final six months for the award of Master of Visual Art and Design.
