Our Bachelor of Visual Arts is South Australia’s most prestigious undergraduate visual arts qualification. This tertiary program provides students with a studio-based education and a choice of specialisation in:

Students studying Visual Arts will explore theoretical, technical and conceptual skills throughout their program, exploring both traditional and contemporary art techniques for contemporary visual arts practice.

Visual Arts students have exclusive access to state-of-the-art, purpose-built studio facilities and workshops, as well as to the University library, featuring the largest collection of art, craft and design resource materials in the state.

The program boasts a comprehensive and diverse schedule of guest lectures by visiting national and international artists, providing students with the opportunity to build a broad and comprehensive understanding of contemporary arts practice.
