Digital thinking
Architecture has a strong tradition of experimentation and critical thinking on the use of digital media in the program. Innovative projects that investigate the use of digital software to create virtual ‘environments’ exist alongside a teaching program that comprehensively trains students in a wide range of software applications. Current research projects, by referring to philosophical discussion of film and to critical ideas on game theory, are exploring the very limits of architecture’s physicality.
