AnTEP operates on-site in most communities in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY Lands) in the north west of South Australia, at Yalata on the west coast of South Australia and at Oak Valley in the Maralinga Tjarutja Lands.

Lecturers are located on the APY Lands at Ernabella and in Adelaide at the Mawson Lakes campus of the University of South Australia. DECS employed AnTEP Tutors work with students in all locations.
