AMRDC's
collaboration with industry, government and other research
organisations is a vital aspect of it's activities.
In
Australia the AMRDC has strong links with other Universities and
affiliated research bodies. International collaboration takes place with researchers from
India, Israel, Sri Lanka and the
United States.
AMRDC has the capacity to manage large projects, work collaboratively and provide expert advise on a wide range of topics. Our researchers understanding of the needs of the industry stems from in-depth research and experience in addition to this diverse association with national and international bodies.
With an emphasis on application of knowledge, AMRDC is recognised as providing quality consultancy services to industry, government and the wider community. Our aims are:
- to improve agricultural equipment and processes
- to extend the current knowledge of products and their performance
- to establish potential benefits for Australian industry; and
- to undertake the design, prototype building and evaluation of new equipment and processes
