Research
The School of Advanced Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering (AME) conducts internationally recognised research activities. Over the years, AME has built up a network of the most qualified and experienced research personnel with international repute. The School has R&D strength and capability in helping Australian industries become internationally competitive.
The research objectives of the School are to:
- Identify and develop priority research areas
- Develop high quality human resources
- Develop, provide and promote high quality educational programs
- Expand partnerships with industry
- Broaden collaboration with other research and educational organisations;
- Increase research output; and
- Be at the technological forefront.
