
The University of South Australia's Energy and Engines Research Group (E2RG) has developed an international reputation for its research and consulting relating to the use of alternative fuels to improve efficiency and minimise environmental damage.
The Group has also established a national profile as a result of its activities in energy-efficient air conditioning, refrigeration and cooling towers to service the Australian and Asia-Pacific regions.
The group was established in 1973 and forms part of the School of Advanced Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering, at the Mawson Lakes Campus.
