December 2009 - international students only
To be able to graduate at this ceremony all undergraduate students and postgraduates who take thesis option 1 and/or 2 must submit their thesis/project by the following deadlines to ensure you meet the rigid result entry constraints which have been set;
- Final bound Thesis (including Industrial Experience report/CD version of thesis+presentation) must be handed to Ms Carey Schloithe (Room J1-13) by 27th November (no exceptions if they want to graduate in December)
- 100% draft must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to this date:
- so that they allow adequate time for their supervisor to review and mark it,
- Supervisor to return to student by 13th November with the recommended changes (recommend bound once changes made or supervisor can request to re-see it prior to being bound)
- once the student has done the changes and their supervisor has given permission to have it bound, submit to Ms Carey Schloithe (Room J1-13) by midday 27th November - any later and they will not graduate in the December ceremony.
