Graduation Ceremony - Information

There are 3 ceremonies per year
- March/April (final submissions must be received prior to 16th February)
- August (final submissions must be received prior to 13th July)
- December (international students only)

December 2008 - international students only
To be able to graduate at this ceremony all undergraduate students and postgraduates who take thesis option 1 and/or 2 must submit their thesis/project by the following deadlines to ensure you meet the rigid result entry constraints which have been set;
- Final bound Thesis (including Industrial Experience report/CD version of thesis+presentation) must be handed to School office by 4th December (no exceptions if they want to graduate in December)
- 100% draft must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to this date:
- so that they allow adequate time for their supervisor to review and mark it,
- Supervisor to return to student by 17th November with the recommended changes (recommend bound once changes made or supervisor can request to re-see it prior to being bound)
- once the student has done the changes and their supervisor has given permission to have it bound. submit to Building J reception counter by midday 4th December any later and they will not graduate in December ceremony.
