UniSA Alumni
Network Now is a UniSA networking dinner that provides the opportunity for UniSA students and graduates to meet and network with UniSA Alumni High Achievers who are successful in their chosen professions or careers and Industry Leaders from companies who employ UniSA graduates.
Thursday 31 August 2006 from 6.30 - 10.30pm at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Three UniSA Alumni High Achievers and Industry Leaders and six students/graduates will be seated at each table. Throughout the night activities will be conducted that focus on encouraging networking amongst attendees. After each course, students/graduates will change seats, giving them the opportunity to develop networking skills and meet new people.
The early bird registration fee (paid before Friday 30 June 2006) is $66 for current UniSA students and $77 for UniSA graduates. The fee for other attendees is $88. The normal registration fee (paid after Friday 30 June 2006 - if tickets are still available) is $88 for current UniSA students and $99 for UniSA graduates. The fee for other attendees is $110. Note: All ticket prices are GST inclusive.
Your registration fee includes a three course meal, drinks, and the opportunity to meet important UniSA Alumni and friends and also win some great prizes.
Everybody is welcome to attend Network Now and the fee structure is listed under question 4. However you will not necessarily be seated next to your friends during the evening, as seat allocations will be made depending on networking preferences indicated in the registration form. Also all participants will have three different seat allocations during the evening to broaden the networking experience.
Please print and complete the Network Now registration form (PDF 96kb - download Adobe Acrobat) and return it to the Alumni and Development Office (details on the registration form). Tickets will be sold on a first come basis.
People who register successfully will receive a letter in the post within 2 weeks of paying the registration fee, confirming their place at Network Now.
Each attendee will receive a Network Now pack that will assist them to prepare for the evening. This pack will include details on the format of the evening (including seating arrangements), Network Now rules, networking tips, ideas on what to wear and take and any preparation that may be necessary for activities on the night.
Network Now packs will be sent to each attendee one month prior to the dinner (ie by Friday 28th July 2006).
Unfortunately there are only 270 places available at Network Now. Tickets will be sold on a first come basis so it is advisable to buy your ticket early. If the event is sold out your payment will not be processed and you will be notified via email or post. There will be a waiting list and you will be placed on this list if you indicate YES on the registration form.
UniSA will refund 85% of your registration fee if cancellation is before 5.00 pm, 28 July 2006. No refund will be provided for cancellations thereafter. Tickets are transferable however networking area of interest (as indicated on the registration form) cannot be changed and the Event Coordinators (see below for contact details) must be notified of the change of attendee.
