We offer a range of support services to domestic nursing and allied health students from universities and vocational education and training organisations, undertaking a rural placement in South Australia.
If you are a University of South Australia student allocated a rural placement, we will contact you directly to provide you with further information on how to register and access placement support.
If you are enrolled with another university or a vocational education and training organization and have been allocated a rural placement, please contact us to find out what support we can offer you.

The University of South Australia Department of Rural Health will contact you via email inviting you to log onto the Student Information System (SIS). This is where you can request accommodation, access cultural training and submit requests for financial reimbursement as indicated on the support matrix.

This site is an education portal for health discipline students who are undertaking a rural placement. This useful site contains education sessions, resources and information to give students a better understanding of the clients they may come into contact with. Students will be invited to register via email.
