Magill campus is only seven kilometres from central Adelaide and is reachable from the city via bus routes 106, 125 and 125P. Many students drive to Magill and limited car parking is available on-campus.

Programs available at Magill focus on the areas of communication, journalism and media, information studies, education, psychology, social work and human services, international studies and languages.
The campus is home to a well equipped theatre for stage productions,
playing fields, swimming pool and a fitness gym. Also available for
students are a café/bar with alfresco dining area, cafeteria, bookshop
and an ATM. Other facilities have been designed with a focus on students
needs, for example, the specialised studios and computing facilities for
multimedia students.
Nearby Magill Road is home to several restaurants that offer student
discounts, a pub and a cinema. Also, the nearby Hartley Apartments are
available for students who are looking for accommodation.
