Wellbeing at UniSA

UniSA's Wellbeing Vision

UniSA strives to be a leading health promoting university where members of our community can grow, connect, work and learn together in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. This means we take a holistic view of health and wellbeing by providing all students with access to information and resources that aim to build resilience and skills for wellbeing.

We are committed to helping our students to build resilience and thrive while they are here and long after they graduate. Our mission is to build a healthy campus community that feels inspired to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing is about more than just physical and mental health. Wellbeing is influenced by many things including:

  • what you do each day
  • the relationships in your life
  • your standard of living
  • how you participate in life and deal with life’s challenges
  • your health and energy levels

The demands of study can make it hard to sustain a focus on your health and wellbeing. But a big part of being able to do your best at university is learning to strike the right balance.
