Health Horizons: The Exercise, Nutrition and Activity Issue

This edition of Health Horizons focuses on the work of the Sansom Institute’s Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA).

Launched in August through the merger of the Nutritional Physiology Research Centre, the Health and Use of Time Research Group, and the Exercise for Health and Human Performance Group, ARENA investigates the role of exercise, nutrition and activity for improving health, physical and psychological function, and sports performance in populations ranging from children to elite athletes and people with chronic disease.
