Professionals Protecting Children, Nurturing and Protecting Children:
A Public Health Approach
The Australian Centre for Child Protection is excited to announce the timely re-launch of the Professionals Protecting Children, Nurturing and Protecting Children: A Public Health Approach manual and accompanying DVD.
The resources have been designed to support nursing and midwifery students and practitioners to develop the values, knowledge and skills necessary to prevent child abuse and neglect and enhance the ability of families to nurture their children.
Based on research and the practice experience of nurses and midwives, the Centre hopes these evidence-based resources will stimulate and inspire those who use them.
