How do I reduce my printing costs?

The General Purpose Computer Pools and Barns will print double-sided by
default. Changing to single sided printing will increase your printing costs by
25%.

If you are printing PowerPoint slides print 3 or 6 slides to a page i.e. print
as a handout. Printing in black and white with no backgrounds will also speed
up the printing process.

Only print what you need.

Do not send the same print job to a printer multiple times. These will
eventually be printed and debited from your account.

Delete your print job from the queue if you can not wait for it to print.

If you have printed material collect it.

Always log out of a computer before leaving or someone else may use the
computer and your Printing Allowance.
