I have saved my work to the desktop and the computer froze, what should I do?

Do not reboot the PC. Contact the IT Help Desk with appropriate details such the Campus, Room number and name of the PC you are using. Someone will attend to you as soon as possible.

For future reference always save your work to the My Documents folder. If the computer reboots for any reason, and nobody else has logged onto that computer, your work will still be in the My Documents folder.
