What login credentials do I need when accessing the internet from a computer pool?

When attempting to access the Internet in UniSA Computer Pools a dialog box appears, where you  must  enter your username e.g:"bloggs001" only, not "UniNet\bloggs001" as shown below in the username field.  If you are accessing the internet from anywhere outside of a computer pool or barn, put uninet\ before your username.

If you are continually asked for your login credentials without accessing the internet, ensure that you have checked the following:

• Are you currently enrolled?, if yes, when did you enrol?. if only recently, you wont be able to log in until tomorrow.
• Have you made a change to your enrolment / changed course? this could also affect your ability to log in and if you have you may need to contact Campus Central at your campus to investigate.
• Do you have Internet Allowance?
