To subscribe to a podcast you need to download a client with syndication features, often referred to as a podcatching client (such as iTunes, Juice or Doppler).
Below are the instructions for subscribing to a podcast using iTunes:

1. Select Podcasts from the menu on the left: |

| 2. Select Advanced, then Subscribe to Podcast: | |

| 3. Copy and paste the Subscription URL into the window as shown below, then click OK: | |

| 4. Once you have clicked onto OK, you should see a spinning orange circle next to the title of the podcast you have selected. This means the podcast is downloading. Depending on the size of the podcast and your download speed this may take a while. Once the podcast has finished downloading the spinning orange circle will disappear allowing you to listen to the podcast. |
