The pop-up blocker feature has been added to prevent unwarranted pop-ups. If you are unable to view a particular webpage due to the pop-up blocker, you can go to Tools -> Pop-up Blocker and choose the options 'Allow pop-ups from this site' (see Image 1 below). Then enter the name of the site you want allow pop-ups from and click on 'Add' (see Image 2 below). Alternatively, you can right-click on the pop-up blocker information bar (under the address bar) and choose the above option.
