The New Technologies and Ethics in Wellbeing Research Symposium presented an opportunity for interested members of research community, practitioners and members of the public to hear speakers from a range of research disciplines share their expertise and experiences about the use of innovative technologies in research and the ethical and methodological challenges researchers face. There were opportunities for participants to contribute to discussions on the topics presented, including ways to continue forging new frontiers in this field.
It was an enlightening and informative afternoon that challenged current thinking and practice around ethical processes and research methodologies.
