Emeritus Professor Robert Crotty's latest book 'Jesus, his Mother, her sister Mary and Mary Magdalene' will be be launched by Dr Norman Habel Editor of ‘The Earth Bible Project’ Professorial fellow, Flinders University of South Australia on Friday the 19th of August at UniSA Magill Campus.

Emeritus Professor Robert Crotty  

Emeritus Professor Robert Crotty, STL (Rome),

SSL (Rome), MA (Melbourne), PhD (Adelaide), Élève Titulaire de l’École Biblique (Jerusalem), has studied history, Christian theology, biblical studies and education in Australia, Rome and Jerusalem.

He has since been a lecturer in Hebrew language and Old Testament at yarra Theological Union in Melbourne, lecturer in Old Testament at the United Faculty of Theology in Melbourne, tutor in History and Classics at Melbourne University, and Professor of Religion and Education at the University of South Australia and its predecessors. He is at present an Emeritus Professor at the same University. 

He has been appointed a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies at Oxford five times, a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Jewish/Christian Relations at Cambridge and Visiting Research Fellow in Education at the University of Adelaide. He has written over thirty books on religious and related topics.
