Whyalla campus is the only regionally based university campus in South Australia, and offers a unique education experience for students. Extended services are available through the Centre for Regional Engagement at Mount Gambier in the state's southeast. The campus opened in March 1965 with 20,000 square feet allocated to a library. The current Library building was opened in March 1976 by the Hon. Don Hopgood, Minister of Education.

Collection Strengths

Business, nursing, rural health, rural social work, Indigenous Health and Social Issues.
