About Hong Kong Alumni Chapter

The Univeristy of South Australia Alumni Association Hong Kong was established in 1996. It is one of the most dynamic alumni chapters of University of South Australia. We promote the exchange of the alumni to expand the social and personal connections and encourage the spirit of selfless dedication to the community.

 The objectives are:

  1. To promote the image of  UniSA and that of the Alumni;
  2. To facilitate relations, experience sharing and networking opportunities among members in personal, business and academic areas;
  3. To encourage the continuous development of graduates at all program levels;
  4. To build a platform to facilitate the above mentioned aims.

Key activites of the Chapter include:

  • Graduation ceremonies of different programs in Hong Kong
  • Annual Reunion dinner
  • Business exchange events
  • Career talks
  • Seminars on different topics
  • China exchange tour
  • Sports events
  • Social networking gatherings
  • Charity program
  • Christmas Party
  • Spring Dinner
  • Inter-university events

There are three thriving interest groups: Doctoral Society, MBA Club and Bachelors’ Society

The Doctoral Society was established in 2005. The Society supported various events for doctoral alumni and is looking forward to seeing more growth in membership and networking among the doctoral graduates in the region.

The MBA Club was established in 2004. It provides a platform for alumni to maintain friendships, enhance networks and serve our community. Events include academic conferences, CEO exchange, business visits and charitable activities.

In order to liaise with our well educated UniSA Bachelors' graduates, UniSA Bachelors’Society was established in 2008. The Bachelors’ Society is devoted to provide our alumni members a platform to exchange their ideas and share their experience in different activities.
